Meet Executive Chef Jason Hosoi.
Jason Hosoi joins our beautiful retirement community in Brea with a wealth of culinary experience that he shares with our residents and guests every day. Jason is an accomplished cooking professional who studied at The Culinary Institute of America and graduated with a degree in Culinary Arts. In his impressive culinary career, he has been a private chef to business leaders, celebrities, athletes, and musicians. He has also worked in 5-star restaurants from Las Vegas to Hawaii and around the globe.
The unique culinary styling of Jason Hosoi includes a focus on seasonal, fresh ingredients that are both healthy and enjoyable for our residents, as well as guests. Knowing that he is directly responsible for the nutritional intake of our residents pushes Chef Jason to craft unique menu items that support our residents with the nourishment they need along with the gourmet dining options they have become accustomed to at Oakmont.
